Towards the end of April, two Falkland Islanders undertook an epic trek to Everest base camp in Nepal.
The journey was organised by Lindsay May for her 60th birthday, and she was joined by her daughter Tiphanie.
The pair battled through blazing sun, high passes, and altitude sickness to bring a huge Falklands flag to the roots of the tallest mountain on Earth.
