In this weeks Covid-19 swab update, there are currently 7 positive cases in the Falkland Islands, all of the individuals are in quarantine.

The six positive cases last week were attributed to one member of the flight crew who, although having tested negative before the flight via a lateral flow test, actually did have the virus.

FITV spoke to Lab Manager, Kim Finlayson from the King Edward Memorial Hospital about the differences between the two tests.
