A draft workforce development strategy has recently been released by Falkland Islands Government alongside a consultation document.

The draft strategy follows on from a report, first started in 2018 which looked at the Falkland’s workforce and issues including employment and staff retention.

The public are now invited to submit their views on the strategy, with the findings from this informing the final version of the document.
