The views of landlords and tenants are being welcomed on proposed protections that could be implemented in the islands. The consultation on landlord and tenant protections, and a fair rent scheme is currently being undertaken to help inform policy work. A consultation document is avalible on the FIG website to fill in by the end of June, and planned engagement sessions will be taking place in June and July.
